These terms apply to katygoodwins.com and to everything sold on it. By buying a product or joining the email list, you agree to them.

Who you are buying from

What these products are, and what they are not

Everything here is parenting education. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it does not replace care from your pediatrician, a child therapist, or any other qualified professional. If you are worried about your child's safety or development, please speak to a professional who can assess your family directly.

Payments

Payments are processed by Whop, which handles card details and issues your receipt. I never see or store your card information. Prices are shown in US dollars. Tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live.

Refunds

All sales are final. Digital products are delivered immediately. Personal services, such as the Personalized Parenting Plan, start the moment you buy: I send you the intake questions right away and hold one of a limited number of places for you, which can then not be offered to anyone else. The plan is written once you send your answers, and your month of support starts the day it arrives. By buying, you ask me to start right away. For these reasons purchases are not refundable, including when a service is not used or the intake answers are never sent. If something goes wrong with your delivery, for example a file will not open or a link does not work, email me and I will fix it. The one exception is my 30-day money-back guarantee, which covers The Boundary System, The Teen Boundary System, Decode Your Child and the 3-week plans from the quiz when bought on this site. A refund under the guarantee is at my sole discretion. It is given only if, within 30 days of the purchase, you send me substantial evidence that you applied the methods from the product and they did not bring the result the product describes: which steps you used, for how long, and what happened. A request without that evidence is declined. All other sales are final, including the 3-Week Shift subscription, which you can cancel any time, and the Personalized Parenting Plan.

What you may and may not do with the material

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own family. You may not resell it, share it publicly, upload it anywhere, or reproduce it for other people.

Results

Every child and every household is different. I cannot promise a specific outcome or timeline, and nothing here should be read as a guarantee of results.

Emails

If you join the list you will get emails from me. Every one of them has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version.
